Notes:

As long as all small groups are defined in a single ministry. If they are separated into different ministries, separate instances of Group Finder must be used.

A single launch link from a web page can point to a single small group activity.

Since all small groups are defined in a single activity, all would become confidential if the activity is marked confidential. The activity itself is not hidden; however, all attendance and assignments are only seen by Fellowship One users with Confidential Activity access.

Since Check-in is activity centric, all small groups would be available at check-in at the same time. There is no way to specify different times to offer different sets of small groups without creating multiple activities. In that case, you would need multiple instances of the Group Manager - one for each activity.
