Email Drafts

The group email editor automatically saves your work as you type. Every three minutes a draft of the email is saved to your Drafts. This prevents the loss of any work if you lose connection or navigate away to complete another task. A notification appears at the bottom of the editor as to the last time the message was saved. This notification also appears beside the Save draft option in the Actions area when you are creating an email.

Note: Drafts are automatically deleted after 90 days.

ClosedDraft Saved Time

Access saved drafts by clicking People > Group Email > Drafts. Click the title of the message to access the saved text. You can choose the point in the email that you need to edit.
