If your church has directed you to take attendance at your group meetings, an Attendance feature will display in InFellowship. You will see the Attendance tab after signing in and viewing your group.
The chart in the example above gives you a glimpse of the attendance trends for the default time frame of the Last 3 months. You can use the drop-down list to select any of the other options. Other choices available are:
The graph is interactive. You can hover over the peaks and valleys and see details regarding the group attendance. Historical attendance is shown four ways in InFellowship:
To see the attendance history regarding members of a specific group, click the People option at the top of the page.
If you notice that a group member has not been attending regularly, you can drill farther into the group information by clicking on the individual's name.
Here you can see personal information about the group member along with preferred contact information. You can use this information to contact the individual to follow-up to see if they have transferred to another group or need additional care. Remember that you can always click Contact us in the header bar of InFellowship to email your church with information about your group or its members.
Note: You may or may not see household members in the individual's profile as displayed in the image below. Information in this view depends upon the privacy settings enabled by your church's administrative staff.
Leaders have the ability to change the "joined date" on a member's record so attendance can be posted for the new member for their initial visit. See Change Group Member Joined Date for more information.
